besides, there are so few 100% pre-columbian-inside-the-borders-of-the-current-united-states blooded people that it would be pretty much leaving the place to a few thousand indians, alaskan natives, and hawaiians at best.

Technically all territory is stolen. Mexico is stolen territory too, you know, and the Mexican government wont let you immigrate unless you speak Spanish.
But then, France was stolen from the Gauls, the UK was stolen from the Celts, then by the Romans, then by some Vikings. Italy was stolen from a whole bunch of people, Russia was stolen by the Rus from the native Slavs, Cossacks and Tatars. China was stolen by the Han from a ton of other people. India was stolen by the Aryans, then by the Muslims, then by the British, then by the Hindus. Pretty much every African nation consists of territory which was stolen by some European nation, who then shuffled around all the tribes generating plenty of 'stolen territory' debates.
