He regularly writes to his local community paper, complaining about storm water issues on his run-down rural property.
He speaks with an upper-crust English accent. And he knows the media is after him.
But is he Lord Lucan? "Frankly, it's a long shot," said Rangitikei Mayor Bob Buchanan, a figure in a fresh attempt to find the disgraced English peer, which now centres on the small Rangitikei town of Marton.

Essentially he was accused of murdering his children's nanny back in 1974; since the murder of the nanny, he has not been seen - his body has not been found, and there have been suggestions that he has been in many countries, from South Africa to India to Australia.
Personally, I don't think he is in Marton, but what do you think?
