There hasn't been a music thread in a while (read: a week or so) and so I figured I'd start this one.
I've seen lots for the best song or the best album, but I don't recall seeing one for best EP, so here it is.

For those of you who aren't sure, this article should help you figure out what an EP is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EP

Anywho, the two I can think of at the moment are:
The Replacements' Stink and
Nine Inch Nails' Broken.

There'll be more, I'm sure, as I think of them.

Orchid/Pig Destroyer or Agoraphobic Nosebleed/Converge - The Poacher Diaries. That's right, two great bands, one great disk... times two... :D

As is my duty in all threads about good music, I must now mention Genghis Tron's wonderful "Cloak Of Love" EP. There, consider it mentioned.

Seven Ways to Scream Your Name; FFAF

This is what the edge of your seat was made for; BMTH

Both raw, visceral EP's far superior to that which followed.

I haven't bought a vinyl EP since the early 1980s.

Haven't bought a CD since 1998.

I have an iPod. How in the world would I get an EP?

I have an iPod. How in the world would I get an EP?By buying it in a store? Or, I guess, by downloading the EP on-line?

I don't buy music in stores anymore.

The Tower Records that used to be nearby went out of business.
