I have to say - that is pretty amazing. And it has reminded me of that Homer Simpson poster with a tiny brain, but that's beside the point.

The human body never ceases to amaze me. :p

Just imagine you're the doctor who makes that discovery... How would you tell your patient that... well... there's pretty much nothing where is brain should be?

And no one suspected he had a huge amount of his brain missing before? Hmm, if I were them, I'd be dying for an opportunity to learn more about this condition.

It could provide remarkable insights into the inner workings of government. :)

Tell him he has to go see the Wizard of Oz, 'cause he's a scarecrow. Then proceed to break out in song and dance.

The human brain never ceases to amaze me, it continues to function in extreme cases like this, but minor damage to certain areas in other cases ends in major debilitation. How screwed up is that?

I'm pretty sure I read a few years ago that people with smaller brains tend to have higher IQs.. Maybe Mr. Cerebral Midget is Einstein reincarnated?

Well, he did have a history of having cerebral liquid assembling in his cranum during his childhood - but since he apparently was doing okay, why would anyone go look for it?
It could provide remarkable insights into the inner workings of government. :)
And the tax office, none the less!!!

I'm not amazed that 50% of the tax computation are wrong. (IIRC that was true for Germany at some point in time - although this guy works for the Frenchies)
Tell him he has to go see the Wizard of Oz, 'cause he's a scarecrow. Then proceed to break out in song and dance.
Ooh, nice!

*whistles We're off to see the wizard...*

Indeed!

And the same goes for the amount of punishment a human body can take (I'm thinking of operations with powertools and such) while at the same time, a single blow can end it working just as easily.

:D Hehe, that's funny!

This guy has an IQ of 75, though. Which probably makes him lead a happier life...
