Just to let you know that as of last Friday, I am now engaged to be married :)
The (un)lucky young lady is a girl of my teaching course, which I have also succesfully completed, so I now also have my qualified teacher status too! :)
I don't know you, but congratulations friend! Here's to a happy marriage, and a successful career! :)

B) Under the stars on a beach in the Algarve in Portugal (who says the art of romance is dead?)

Didn't you know women are presented with these miniture mind control devices once they get married? It's like the reward for completing a rite of passage or something. I know this because I found my mum's old one in her sock drawer. I think it broke or something because my dad cheated on her and then she got a divorce.

One question: did you make sure you were sexually compatible(that is, you enjoy having sex together) before you proposed? I know, this seems like a ridiculously personal question, but it's one few people even nowadays think about.

I agree with the point you're making too, although it's just one part of the relationship, it is, in my opinion, something that should be explored as part of the courting, as if you find out after marrige you don't have fun with your partner, then that is one large chunk of your relationship that will not be as enjoyable as it could be.
