What is your epitaph?
What would you like your epitaph to be?
Musical or literary or both, you choose how you wish to be remembered and why?

This is a chance to imortalise yourself :)

Something along the lines of "OH GOD, HE'S STILL ALIVE!"
"No, it's a zombie, kill it! Kill it!"

I apologise for not including the binary element.

So musical, literary or binary......?

Now, anyone who can tell me who wrote that (without googling it :p) and in what story has my undying respect for ever and ever.

Now there was me thinking of something like Korn 'Alone I Break' or Yan Tierson 'Summer of 76' alomg with the quote 'you can teach a monkey to fly but you can't teach a monkey to fix them'.

Born once, died two times, the first time of which involved a world-spanning tale of magic and heroism, and then became a quasi-immortal robot after the second death, which interestingly enough involved being run over by an out-of-control cement truck driven by the Incredible Hulk.

Yeah, I'm going to make the guy work. Either that, or I'll do it myself for fun.

Either:
"Duirt me leat go raibh me breoite"
(big fat double choc chip cookie to anyone who knows what that means! - no googling)
or
"I did not go gently into that good night"

I'm undecided whether to go for (a) 'for such a clever person they did some pretty stupid things' or (b) 'for such a stupid person they did some pretty clever things'.

"Nevermore"

And on a slightly related note, does anyone have access to those epitaphs in the game Baldur's Gate? Specifically on those gravestones in the Nashkell area. I remember playing the game and reading those was hilarious, BUT I no longer have it and can't seem to get a hold of the epitaphs...and I so much enjoyed them that I am willing to pay in cookies for anyone who can provide them. :D

"Relax, it's not loaded."
"Nonsense, this idea's brilliant..."
or
"Tonight, we dine in HELL!"
Something funny. Might as well give people a chuckle.

Squorn dies, died and always will die on Month Day, Year at Time. Don't think of him so much as being dead. Instead, think of him as being in rather poor shape at this point in time.

Immortal then I goofed up is what you are trying to say.

Well, I kind of want the second funeral to be a practical joke and then confuse anyone and everyone that mistakenly visits the tombstone.

For example:

"We are gathered here to mourn the death of Aaron; industrialist, scientist, friend."
"Mind if I give the eulogy!?"
"Aaron!"

And then, later on:

"Wait, so did he become immortal after or before he was killed by the Incredible Hulk?"
"I became immortal afterwards"
"Aaron!"
