If you heard all sound currently in the universe at the same time, what would it sound like?
It wouldn't sound like anything. All sound blended together probably wouldn't change enough to register. That or it kills you. Or both.
Nothing. Because your ears would no longer work.

Imagine the sound of 'AMazing Grace' played backwards.
That's not what the universe sounds like, but imagine it. *nod*

Nothing. After the initial nano-second blast, which probably wouldn't have registered, you'd be deaf --- or dead.

As far as I'm aware, the brain does not have the capacity to be be able to hear all sounds in the universe at the same time.

For reasons which have never been satisfactorarily explained, it would sound exactly like Paris Hilton complaining about her prison sentence while unicycling over a bridge made of still-living Elvis impersonators on LSD. It's been suggested that if we knew the reason for this we would understand a great deal more about the Universe.
And what's that?

Nothing, sound cannot travel in a vacuum.

Considering you could only ever conceivably hear all the sound on the Earth, space being a vacuum and all... even still, it would probably destroy your hearing at the very least and most likely kill you.
But what would your last sound be? Probably something better than Abba.

Noise.

Sparta.
Agreed. The noise would just kick you into a hole, except instead of a kick it would be a blast, and instead of a hole it would be the other side of the universe.
Yeah, you would probably just die, considering that at least one naval cannon might be going off at that time, and to stand under a cannon when it fires is actually deadly in itself, so...
But if every sound were put at a tolerable level, it would just be noise.

That depends. What are all of the noises, and how many of the resultant waves are cancelling each other out? Then, how are all of them stretched? What decibel is it being heard at? And then how much of the result is within our auditory range?
If decibel isn't regulated, there will be deafness (and probably death) before anything registers. If all the auditory stuff cancels out, then nothing. Etc., etc.

If you heard all sound currently in the universe at the same time, what would it sound like?
I don't know, but I think I have an idea for what might vaguely give you an idea what it would sound like; use some sound editing software like Windows Sound Recorder, take all sorts of random sound of different kinds (including things like music and conversations, maybe?) and copy and mix them into one sound file, and try to have a variety of samples of a variety of different kinds of sound playing at the same time. Granted, it wouldn't be the same as all the sound in the universe, but the more different sounds you mix in, the closer it would be, (albeit slightly) so just go through that progressively, as in when you add more different sounds compare it to what it was before and then extrapolate to imagine at least the direction the whole universe's combined sound would be in. Not that I've tried that, I don't even plan on doing so (although I'm not sure); I just came up with that then, really... just wanted to mention that idea.

Kinda like, if everyone in the world closed their doors all at once, what would happen? I think the atmosphere would explode.
Actually, that might be what happens if all the world's sound happens at once.

Nothing because you would go deaf instantly, for the thousanth of a second beforehand it would be a really,really,really....really,really loud bangishnsound. Like when the subway pulls into the station.
The boink sound Windows makes when an error happens.
