I found it funny. I can only imagine the shock for the police who had to handle this case.

Dutchman denied ‘full sex,’ seeks refund
Sify Correspondent
Kolkata: A man from the Netherlands lodged a complaint with the Kolkata police seeking refund of the money he had paid to some prostitutes. He complained he had been denied ‘full sex.’:p
Local reports said Cornelis Van Deghee (23), a former banker, flew into Kolkata on Wednesday night and checked into a hotel on Sudder Street. The next day, he went to Sonagachi, the city's biggest red light area, to have some fun with the ‘hot Indian girls.’
Deghee struck a deal with a pimp. After spending sometime with two sex workers, he realised he had no money with him. So he asked the girls to accompany him to a nearby ATM. After withdrawing the money, he felt he could splurge some more money on them. He struck a deal with the girls for Rs 3,000 to spend the night with him at his hotel. The girls agreed and he paid the money.
When he came with them to the hotel, the owner barred their way. He said he would not allow the girls to accompany him to his room. But Deghee, who comes from a country where prostitution is legal, would have none of it.
The owner stood his ground. Reluctantly, he asked the girls to return the money, which they declined. They said as they had spent some time with him, they had the right to keep the money.
Enraged, Dighee went straight to the New Market police station where he lodged a complaint, demanding refund of his money.:D
The police were in dilemma. They didn't know whom to blame. "It was a tricky situation because neither the sex workers nor the hotel owner were at fault. Prostitution, in any case, is illegal in India," an officer said.
Though the police didn't ask the sex workers to return the money, it left the Dutchman disappointed. He left the police station in a huff, saying he would leave the country for Bangkok which would be ‘more fun.’
