Man prosecuted for sale of chocolate cannabis

Published: 10th July 2007 08:18 CET
Online: http://www.thelocal.se/7843/

A 20-year-old has been charged with fraud after selling 200 grammes of chocolate for the extortionate sum of 9,000 kronor ($1,300).

The two men who bought the goods had been led to believe that the package contained cannabis.

On discovering that they had been cheated the men decided to seek revenge. They have now both been prosecuted for assault after shooting the 20-year-old in the foot and striking him over the head with an axe.

But a Malmö prosecutor has also decided to press charges against the would-be drug dealer. Despite the fact that it is illegal to sell cannabis, prosecutor Christer Ovallius told Skånska Dagbladet that pretending to sell the drug may be classified as fraud.

This can't be Fass, because Fass would never have accepted the dishonor of being caught *nods*

I don't know, I think a man in uniform with handcuffs might be just what the doctor ordered.

By the time he got down to the station, the officer would be so thoroughly insulted by Fass that he'd quit his job.

It's not cannabis chocolate. It's just chocolate that some guy(Fass allegedly) sold to people who thought it was cannabis.

who would be stupid enough to buy cannabis and chocolate and expect a good result though?

a much more likely case is fass has systematically "abducted" 17 to 19-year-old boys from British towns and cities.
(http://www.thelocal.se/7755/) and forced them to work in his evil paving business!

We can all share it...some more than others

something tells me that chocolate isn't going to make it to the trial;)
