Roma Victor: Any Good?

Its basically an MMO set around 180 AD in a 30km by 30km sector of Hadrians Wall in England. You can play as either a Roman Legionnaire or Citizen, as well as a Celtic Barbarian. Its one of few MMOs of the type to be free of monthy fees, and it looks pretty good. I'm curious though: before I buy, has anyone else here played it? I'm giving very serious consideration to it, and if some people who've played it recently say its good, I deffinately will.

The verdict? To buy or not to buy?

I played it a while back, when it was just out of beta. It was alright, but it takes forever to do anything, and, at that time, they had very little implemented. It looked like it had promise, but I don't know how it is now.
