Cartman, obviously. The others just haven't got it in them, whereas Cartman does - even to the extent that its pushed his brain out through his nose.

I thought Cartman always loses, and goes into a baby cry. :p I think everyone's slapped Cartman around at some point.

Good call. :D His hand-to-hand is probably the worst, but that would be the X-factor.
Well.. if I remember correctly it is always Stan or Kyle that come out the victors in the end. Cartman is an evil bastard yes, but he always ends up loosing.. and he always cheats, and he always loses. For all those who are arguing cartman would cheat and win...

That's true, though they keep us guessing enough that it's a toss-up sometimes. Like when he killed that one kid's family, or when he sort of won when he went to that Mexican restaurant. Those were classic. :p

Kyle, hands down.
Kenny would manage to get killed on his way to the fight.
Stan I don't think we have ever seen do well in a fight, but we have seen him get severly beaten by his sister.
Cartman we have seen in fights, but the only one I recall him winning was with the midget.
Kyle has been in a number of fights, particularly that one with Cartman in "Cartoon Wars", etc. Kyle wins those fights.
Of the four, Kyle would be most likely to win in my opinion.
