I love pets, but I think a $31,660.00 dog house is taking things a little to far. It even looks gaudy. Even if I had the money I wouldn't buy one as I can think of much better things to spend money on.

I don't think the dog really cares if it has a bed that's surrounded by a curtain of diamonds.

Why? Don't people have better stuff to spend their money on? Like weed and snacks perhaps? :)

My dog wouldn't need a bed anyways...I'd just let it sleep on the carpet or something...

It's part of what is called freedom; the ability to express himself/herself in the fashion that one wants, without discrimination.

I think the person who wrote the article also needs to start doing something with his/her life - like write something newsworthy. He should get a life.... hold on what am I doing here? He should've worked harder in secondary school and college; even gotten better parents.

You know what's really annoying though? I experienced something just like this the other day. I bought a Porsche GT, which cost me 450 000 pounds. I decided to drive it on Thursday, and then the neighbours started to say annoying things, you know like, "Man, nice car!". Even complete strangers would start saying, "Man, nice car!". I'll say a few things that start with man for you, MAN... shove it! Man... people can be so annoying.... Why don't they just buy their own god damn Porsche GT and admire it! And especially the women; just because Georgio Armani tailor's my everyday clothes, and I drive a decent car doesn't mean you can start touching me! Can't you tell I'm MARRIED? Look at my diamond and ruby rings... they're just huge. I swear - being a doctor is starting to drive me insane.

I actually do not have a dog, I have a cat...I wonder if they sell cat houses, since mine stays outside my house most of the day...only comes in when it wants food...but I would never spend a ridiculous amount of money for that kind of thing...

This is the way capitalism exploit the stupidity of solitary rich middle aged women who dont work and which main way to get confidence is by winning "sofistication" contests with their equaly dumb and shallow female friends.

You know the type: they change all the furniture in their kitchen because Mrs Madson next door totaly rearanged her garden. Also because their life is so shallow they dont have anything else to do but buy or change stuff, using money they didnt earn.

Any decent dog would destroy that thing. :)

When I said that I didn't know how to make it shorter, I was referring to the link, not the truck.

Of course, that's a moot point now, since LG was able to show me how to shorten the link to an acceptable size (via cut and paste).

BTW, I do have a smaller truck than what's in the link ('03 Silverado with a regular cab and short bed), but I find myself needing a larger truck sometimes (whenever I want to take more than 1 other person with me, whenever I need to haul sheets of plywood/MDF/etc, whenever I haul firewood for my dad, whenever I loan myself and my truck to help people move things, etc).

Why waste a good Taco Supreme smacking a stupid person. Every dog I've ever had has slept wherever it closes it's eyes that particular night, usually on the couch or in bed with me. The one time I bought a bed for my dog it took one look at it and gave me a look as if to say "what the hell is this?" worst $30 investment ever.
