My question today is simple, how would you predict world reaction from any number of organizations or foreign governments if a country legislated that it does not see internet piracy of software and the like as a crime, and will not punish it or follow it up, or act on information from say from the MPAA?

World reaction or US reaction?
I'd guess economic sanctions for the latter.

Hmmm sounds like AllofMP3 that became MP3sparks and memphis. Credit card companies stopped transfers of money, various legal actions were started, eventually they just changed the name and background colours.
