Anyone familiar with Kentucky's accident liability laws?
More specifically accidents involving heavy machinery?
I've tried Google searching and it's a needle in a haystack, even Kentucky's own law search is quite ineffective at finding what I need to know.

This sounds like it might involve alcohol.
No booze involved that I know of. Just an accident involving an unattended back hoe who's bucket slammed into a passing semi-trailer.

I'm not quite sure how an "unattended" back hoe's bucket could slam into anything.
The bucket was up in the air, and hydraulic pressure bleeds off fairly quick causing them to drop down. Now in Indiana if you do that you're at fault if anyone hits it regardless of what they were doing. Kentucky I'm not sure about.
They're weird down there.

Am I the only one getting strange images of women in my head when I read this? ;)

No, you're just tactless enough to point it out. :p
(And quicker than us other tactless ones.)
