What are your absolutely favourite funny moments from cartoon? There are tons of them, especially in older Simpsons episodes.
A couple of mine are:
Bart on the Road (The Simpsons): when Bart and the boys are driving along a stretch of road and another car drives along side them, containing a father who is clearly fed up with his rowdy kids.
Father: If you kids can't keep your hands to yourselves, I'm
gonna turn this car around, and there'll be no Cape Canaveral for
anybody!
*kids go quiet*
*Nelson leans out of the boys car, reaches into the drivers side window of the other car and smacks the father on the back of the head*
Father: THAT'S IT! BACK TO WINNIPEG!

There's also a moment I was thinking of recently from ATHF. The show is mostly chuckle absurdism, but this made me laugh out loud.
Meatwad: So, it's either you definitely should not play with matches, or you definitely... should.
*Meatwad and Carl look at the house, which has been burnt to the ground*
Carl: It's definitely one or the other.
Meatwad: Which one do you think it is, Carl?

Oh man...anything from Beavis and Butt-head, but especially:
They're watching a Bjork video where she's dancing on top of a bus...

Ok, not really cartoon comedies (except for B&B) but they still made me laugh out loud.

There's a Tom & Jerry episode where Tom has Jerry tied down to a model railway and is bearing down on him, riding the model train.
The expression of glorious, evil victory of Tom's face is just, well, I've never seen a better drawn cartoon expression.

My (current) favourite cartoon moment is in the episode of the Simpsons where Homer steals Christmas. Lisa tells him that, as a Buddhist, she believes everyone would be better off without presents.

The one that made me laugh the most is from the Powerpuff Girls. The camera tracks along a traffic jam until it gets to the front of the line where there is a dog sitting in the driving seat of a car. The dog turns to the camera and says "I may be able to talk, but I sure as hell can't drive".
