yes, it's a spiritual in body experience, you must meditate on your joints, learn to live through the tendons.

what?

It's a classic scene from American Psycho, in which Christian Bale's character butchers a guy with an ax while listening to, and commenting on, "Hip to Be Square" by Huey Lewis and The News.

I know a guy who doesn't have any tendons in one of his thumbs. Is he les hip than me, who is in great relations with my tendons, and my joints?

he is indeed less hip than you. I am also less hip than most due to one of my joints being injured in the past and it's still not speaking to me.....except for when it rains, then it yells at me.

There are three people reading this post, and one of them is you. It isn't so bad if two people don't get it.

So apparently being hip is all about bad allusions, connectivity with joints, proximity to femurs, and being square.

It is actually a badly translated sign I saw in China, on the Great Wall. It said "Speaking cellphone when thunderstorm is strictly prohibited"
