No, because in the early days of NS you couldn't see how long a delegate was sitting.

Since the game has been up for 5 years and the oldest one still hasn't been delegate for even 3 years yet, no.

Thank you for that comment! It made me realize I forgot to check on those delegates who didn't have any time listed for their delegacy, which is possible if they've been delegate since way back when that listing wasn't there.... and managed to remain delegate throughout the crashes which caused a lot of delegates to lose their delegacy for a day, etc...

Turns out... there's still FOUR ancient delegates left! (see updated list)

As explained above, we have no idea for how long they've been delegate... their delegacy predates the code which keeps track of that information!
