living in the UK, im quite sure Nintendo of Europe have already planned to never release this (or any other games that are supposed to make the summer),
just to spite me personally.

Nintendo usually spend a lot of time on their games because they like to ensure high quality. Particular when Miyamoto's involved.

The game still hasn't been dated yet! And the vague official guesstimation time frame still isn't for a few months! What is everyone complaining about?

Okay, I'm not going to disagree that Starcraft has a big fanbase, But It's a pond compared to the sea of fans the mario franchise has: Casual, Hardcore, new comers, nostalgia buffs, etc.
Both quality franchises mind you, but apples and oranges.

9 million copies of Starcraft have been sold. In comparison, 11 million copies of Mario 64 were sold.
So, it's not a pond versus a sea. It's about even. Blizzard may have even more consumer loyalty now b/c of WoW.

Not on list. StarCraft (9.5 million)
This doesn't actually change anything. I just thought that if we're going to pull statistics from the 90s into this we might as well go back to the beginning. Also I like throwing statistics at things.

Actually, DNF is getting on now, they're releasing media. Very, very gradually.

Paper Mario doesn't come out here till 14th September now either. In fact, all the great games Americans are gonna get to play this summer are not arriving! Brain Age, Metroid, Space Station...

YES YES YES I completely agree. I'm sick of NoAU and NoE slacking off and releasing things such a long time after their American and Japanese releases!
