Holy crap Jethro Tull is awesome music. I just finished listening to Aqualung, and I'm about to listen to Thick as a Brick. Teacher may well be the best song ever, and Locomotive Breath almost gives me spontaneous hard-ons it's so good.

Jethro Tull: DO YOU LIKE IT?

Sounds familiar, but never heard any of their stuff.

Listen to it repeatedly.

Ian Anderson is my hero, and I want his beard.

I'm not as fond of Aqualung as some. I like Heavy Horses, Solstice Bells, Jack in the Green - stuff like that, all Tull and all great.

Pfft, I'm sure I could listen to Locomotive Breath 30-odd years on lopp without getting sick of it.

Maybe.

Good, cool music. Not a band I get excited over, but certainly one I enjoy listening to.

That, my friend, is why real music systems have settings for 16, 33, 45 and 78 rpm.

Jethro Tull is good stuff... so is Led Zeppelin, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Blue Oyster Cult... the 60's and 70's were probably the best era for rock n roll.

I grew up with Tull tunes flitting around my head.

It's nice to see a new generation appreciating his mastery.

"Aqualung" was awesome, "Bungle in the Jungle" was good, "Locomotive Breath" was ok, other than that I'm not a huge fan.
