Maybe I'm being like the Jews, you know, not fully spelling out the name lest I should be mistaken :)

My advice: Once you get halfway through that book, put it away. I highly recommend the first half, but the second half didn't do anything for me, and the conclusion felt mediocre.

Hypothetically speaking, Did anyone say they bought the book to remove the ad, without actually buying the book?
Now that I'm not literally read-out....finals were brutal...I think I should make a library trip and check out a few of the Barry's books, considering I've been here for three years enjoying his hospitality...

Who is this Max Bsrry, anyhow?;)
Haven't gotten my hands on Company yet, but I have read Jennifer Goverment, and it certainly was a interesting read.

I think it's going to be a movie, too. And I promise to see it twice if a bit character is named after me. Honest Injun! :p

an entire sublot, rise of the troglobite army. Thumbless tried to escape, but it was to late.
I'd pay the $9.75 to see that one, no question. :p

I bought all the books, and liked them all, though I think they got progressively better. Syrup was... eh... but Jennifer govt was awesome and Company was even better. I don't read that much, so I hope Max is complimented that I actually read his books.
