I believe the rules were changed so now you need to explain your party idea in a thread, get enough members, and you will have an official party.

EDIT: By "a thread" I mean an already existing thread. You need your party to be accepted there, before it's actually a party.

You usually have to make a manifesto of a certain size and get a number of members. I'll try and fish out some of the older threads and check.

I agree but would it be legal to hold them without the current Parliamentbeing disolved legally, which no one seems to know how.

Regarding the legality of elections, the Parliament was trying to disolve at the time that it lapsed into innactivity, but was unable to, due to an innability to meet quorum. We can assume that it is fine to hold elections (especially since they are long overdue on our normal schedule).

I'll need to see which parties are left to merge with.

Concretely, an "undesirable job" is any job that a community can't find enough volunteers for. Say, for instance, that no one in a community wants to collect garbage from the people's houses. Since the job will have to be done, the community will establish a sortition system where that job is rotated through the community. This week, it might be my turn to do said job, and next week it might be yours etc.
