Yes, this has been done before but I'm in a good mood. So the discussion question is in the thread title. carry on.

Sadly, an audience. But, I hate too much attention, so that's a fun thing to work out. Yay playwrighting, I get to have an audience and they don't have to know who I am!

Nah, not really. Music, probably. Gig-going, in particular.

Oh, and cuddling with anything when I'm completely smashed. It's bliss. I'd fucking cuddle with a sentient cuddlefish and be happy.

No one thing alone stands above the rest. There are different kinds of joy, so I'll list the things that make me most joyful.

My dreams are so close to being incredible like yours, unfortunately they skip around too much. It's like watching Date Movie, except good.

Joy for me involves a good computer, a word processor, some pencils and a drawing pad, some good video games, some good movies, a good book, some good food and drink.

Now if I could just get a girl...

My Siamese Amelia. Her playfulness and affectionate nature always puts a smile on my face.

My hobby/obsession with aviation and the view that I'd get when I fly at 5,500 feet on a beautiful sunny day.

Researching history and going through old files in the archives and reading about the past.

Finding myself spirituality and meditating out in the woods as I get in touch with my natural side.

I'm one too. I have only about one nightmare per year because I usually remember the dream can be changed. For example when falling just start flying. Most dreams skip around too much and quickly move on away from any change I make but on rare occasions I manage to arrange really cool adventures.

To answer the topic...
Intellectual challenges like strategy games, riddles, math problems and programming can be quite satisfying to succeed at.

A walk in the forest to look at the beauty of nature and listen to birdsong is both relaxing and inspiring at the same time.

I like blasting AC/DC at full volume directly into my ears. And when I used to have a 400w surround-sound stereo, blow them out even worse.

I have mild tinnitus I think. I also enjoy driving out to the beach, mountains, and/or desert and just walking around looking at the natural scenery.

Being on stage. Either that, or coming up with a complete list of the things I'll do to myself if my best friend and my guy decide to call it a relationship, not just screwing:
-Lobotomise myself with a rusty railway spike
-Cut out each and every one of my internal organs with a dull bread knife
-Gouge out my eyes with a fork
-Peel off my entire top layer of skin
-Set myself on fire
And so on, etc.

Someone to be close with. It happens to rarely that I derive stupid amounts of satisfaction from just being with someone else.

Aside from that, socialising. Considering I'm fairly useless with new people, it's a fairly masochistic source of gratification.

Maybe I'm a perv, but writing a pornographic story via online chat program with my best friend (also my co-writer) is what cheers me up best. :D

Mock me if it pleases you. I have a lot of improving to do.
