WebCam help, please?

I run Win98SE and have a Creative WebCam NX.

Info here (http://us.creative.com/products/pfriendly.asp?product=627).

Now, the sucker wasn't running right, so I did a complete un- and re-install of the drivers. (Which I have, no problem there!)

So far, so good.

Trouble is - I also killed the two other applications that (apparently) are only available on the installation CD, namely Creative PC-CAM Center and Creative WebCam Monitor.

Which freeware programs that could replace this software could you recommend for me?
All it should be able to do is take pics, short videos, etc... nothing fancy.

OS: Win98SE
Cam: Creative WebCam NX
$: none

Creative will give you another copy of the software for $4.99. Email them if you want it that bad.
