Plastic surgeons would make a fortune.
It probably wouldn't change much I don't think. Politicians don't out rightly lie, they just avoid the truth. They can answer questions without even answering the question asked, yet make it seem a satisfactory answer.

It's so annoying to be able to see through that.
Don't really think anything would change. Most of us already know our politicians are lying and telling half-truths, them getting a three-foot nose because of it would just be entertainment value.

Exactly, it would simply be highly enjoyable to watch their nose grow, then see them stop talking, and try to WEASLE their way outta the lie, only to see it grow again.
