Well I was talking about adolescence specifically, where they're just developing. Apparently it depends on your diet how much they'll grow.

It's really not that hard. Also, you can't exactly always tell cup size from a pic because what the woman wears influences that. I.e. we'd have to google it, too, which you can totally do yourself. :p

I don't like that first site. My measurements are too small for both measurements they ask for. I got 25 for the part below the bra and 31 for the part around it over the breasts. So maybe in my case it's not that the breasts are too big, it's just that I'm too small...

The second site was helpful. It explained why I need a B rather than an A...because 25+5= 30, which is one less than 31, and a one inch difference is the minimum for a B, which explains why I can still wear bras with size A sometimes, I guess.
