So, on Wednesday night, I went to go see Spiderman 3, I was bored and had nothing else to do. The movie was ok, I mean it wasn't really ground breaking, if you've seen X-Men, then this is pretty much the same. However, I have to say that when Peter Parker was "emo", I actually liked it. I mean he actually had back bone, confidence, and he was able to stand up for himself. He wasn't this nerdy little wimp. Oh why did he decide that being the world's doormat was better? Ahh some things I will never understand. So which Spiderman did y'all like, the red and blue one, or the black one?

Now admittedly Parker should've listened to her instead of bragging about how great it is to be Spiderman, but still, you'd think if she really loved him she'd try to work this out. Honestly didn't see him making fun of her, yes he did show her up with the song and dance, and comon who haven't flaunt a new girlfriend in front of an ex?

Black Spiderman was cool, to me if only for the refreshing look of a new suit.

The movie has Bruce Campbell, it is great. The movie has an emo superhero, it is phail.

And I would say that most mature people don't go out of their way to be a dick to the ex. I mean, taking the new girl to the old girl's job -- that's class.

Well, you're the one who thought he was so cool for acting the way he did. I'm observing that the girls SEEING him act like that wouldn't have given him the time of day. Look again: they think the new Peter's a loser.

It's also my observation that people who don't care about what other people think and treat them like shit are the ones who most clueless about why the world treats them the way it does.

I didnt like him that much.

But I felt the old one wasnt that cool either. They didnt develop his character that much in this movie.

In fact, they barely developed any character in this movie. Most of it was just mindless fighting anyway.

Btw, I did like when his friend lost his memory: the guy became retarded but way more friendly and fun. And he had a cool outfit and glider :D

One thing they've never gotten in the movies is Spiderman's wit. Peter has always been in way over his head and while he's always been a nerd his sense of humor was his coping mechanism before being able to stick to walls and lift cars became it. He had one little quip in the first or second movie (to J Jonah) and since then it really has been lacking.
