you shouldn't make to much threads when your new, especially because they've all been made before.

Basically, I consider anyone who has a real problem with me leaping out of a bush, performing a spectacular flying tackle upon them and then congratulating me on my superb ninja tackling skills to be emo. *nod*

Me personally, I find Emo music to be funny and indulge in it every once in awhile to have a good laugh.

Emo is a lifestyle... I do not know why anyone would choose said lifestyle though. To me it seems like a bunch of sad attention whores. That being said...

As for emo's, personally i can't stand them, but then again I see myself as a semi-nerd.

The third is the NSG/Internet User label for anything that the user doesn't like, or anyone they want to make fun of.

You will find that the last definition is used here on NSG. Now we've had our monthly emo thread. We can ignore the topic for a month, right?

Wiki it for a definition of it. But when people say emo kid they rarely mean someone who listens to emo or any related genres. They usually mean someone who listens to whiny popcore and punkpop with too much eyeliner, an ugly hair cut and a needy, defeatist attitude. They're really not much different from any other dumb teenagers.

Emo is a dirty word Even the movements of music developing out of late 90s emo have developed new code words to avoid it being attached to them. I don't blame them. Emo's the new grunge only less well liked.
