Roo meat?

What are your thoughts? Culinary, cultural, and ethical.

Any good recipes to share?

Personally, I think its great. Good to eat, and I don't have a problem with it.

P.S. Although I won't tell any vegan fanatics not to respond, I'm not interested in a general argument on eating meat, though the views of omnivores are most welcome

P.P.S. Anyone know where to get emu meat in Brisbane, or Logan?
