Seems like the guy has a foot fetish, but rather instead of buying female socks he'd rather steal ones that actually have been on female feet. Not only that, but maybe he felt too strange trying to purchase them...yes, it's true...people will do something completely fucking stupid so they don't feel stupid.

I'd imagine if they were able to pull a DNA testing on the sock-napped apparel :P
