EULA's lols

Ever find something rather funny in a End User License Agreement (EULA)? I know most people generally don't read them, but there is some funny stuff in some of them. Take for example this exert from the iTunes EULA:

10. Export Control.... You also agree that you will not use these products for ... the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.

I think if someone is using iTunes to manufacture any of the above weapons, Apple ain't gonna be able to do shit about it.

Yup. Didn't believe him, but when I checked myself it was there.

I remember one Half-life mod that had
"User will sell his soul to the Satan" in the agreement.

Just to be on the safe side here: I can legally use itunes to make types of weapons not listed there ?
Nifty :)

I just use iTunes to manufacture time-delayed high-velocity high-explosive armor-piercing anti-tank sabots with depleted uranium cores. That should be legal, right?

All weapons of mass destruction require a suitably epic soundtrack. iTunes is proud to be the leader in this dynamic new market, and looks forwards to working with your cowering victims. Have a nice day! :)

You know that stuff is there for a reason, right? To essentially protect Apple from any and all possible circumstances so they can't be held accountable? I'm sure you do, but I thought I'd check, just to make sure.

I would hide something evil in the EULA too since everyone chooses "i agree" without reading all that junk. Then point it out when millions have agreed to do it.

Convert to amish, get a "Proud Communist"-tattoo, eat sourkrout every day or color their hair neon green on the left half and pink on right. Hmm, wonder what would be the most evil prank to hide in the EULA.

PS. To be fair while making fun of EULAs, not all of them contain several pages of ridiculous requirements. The BSD licence (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.html) for example is short and without any extra hogwash.
