I know very little about Hillary and her policies except universal health care. But whenever I see something about her on the net there are about a hundred people responding calling her the anti-Christ, calling her a commie and other derogatory things. Why do people hate her so much? So much more than any other politican (except Bush)? It seems inproportionate to me. What is the dealio niggas?

My guess:

A lot of people on the internet are also gamers. As far as gamers are concerned, I'm fairly sure she counts as the anti-christ of gaming.

Hillary is to the Right what President Bush is to the Left.

That and I think the Right felt that President Clinton took THEIR White House away from them so the notion that he might be back in it makes them very, very mad.

Frankly I think it's just laughable that the Presidential roster may well read:

Bush Snr
Clinton Mr.
Bush Jnr
Clinton Mrs.

Seriously, there's something wrong with that.

EDIT: ...and to the OP, I think that it has a lot to do with why Hillary receives such vitriol, much as Bill Clinton did and Bush Jnr does - it's to do with the polarization of American politics as epitomized by Team Clinton and Team Bush

Many people hate her because of how she insists violent video games make people more violent, even though it has been disproved many times.

I really doubt that is the main reason. Even when her name is mentioned on talk shows there are a few people in the audience who boo. And when she addressed everyone at that 9/11 concert she got booed.

I'm not normally one for conspiracy theories, but get a load of this...

George HW Bush (VP): 1981-1989
George HW Bush (Pres):1989-1993
Bill Clinton: 1993-2001
George W Bush: 2001-2009
Hillary Clinton: 2009-2017
Jeb Bush: 2017-2025
Chelsea Clinton: 2025-2033
Jenna Bush: 2033-2041
Barbara Bush: 2041-2049

...we could have nearly seventy years of Bushs and Clintons in the White House!!! :p

In terms of her authoritarian streak, she's Dick Cheney in drag.

So, I like her.

The only thing I didn't like about her was the universal health care, which I think is unworkable.

But as for most of her other ideas - I'd rather her than any of the other Democratic candidates.

1) She represents the "same old shit" dynasty-legacy-politics that has taken shape over the past couple decades.

2) She is personally distasteful

3) She is a panderer of the worst kind

4), and most importantly to me, she is unlikely to be elected president, and the country need a democratic president like a dying man in the desert needs water.

Supports parental notice & family planning. (Feb 1997) I don't believe in parental notice.
Supports Niagara casino, but prefers job creation strategy. (Sep 2000) Gambling need to be legal or illegal. I'm sick of the gaming reservation crap.
Voted NO on $40B in reduced federal overall spending. (Dec 2005) She goes on and on about cutting spending and balancing the budget, then she votes against it.
Voted YES on loosening restrictions on cell phone wiretapping. (Oct 2001) I like my privacy.
Opposes merit pay for individual teachers. (Apr 2000) So rewarding teachers that excel instead of just doing the minimum is wrong?
Teacher testing only for new teachers. (Oct 2000)Senority is no excuse for ineptitude.
More teachers, smaller classes, no vouchers. (Oct 2000)
Vouchers drain money from public schools. (Sep 2000)
-but-
Charter schools provide choice within public system. (Jul 1999)
Boycott violent media and products. (Aug 1999)I'm a grown-up, I should get to choose.
Keep Cuban embargo; pay UN bills. (Oct 2000)The embargo was appropriate when put in place, not so much now.
She voted yes on many free trade agreements.
Voted YES on reauthorizing the PATRIOT Act. (Mar 2006)
Voted YES on allowing illegal aliens to participate in Social Security. (May 2006)-While our old people are eating catfood? I'm sorry, but we need to take care of our own first.

Most importantly, she says she wants to decrease spending, but she keeps voting "yes" on these bills that increase federal spending.

Edit: I also dislike her because she wants to be president just so she can be the first woman.

with that group the US won't last another 70 years. ;)

I don't like Hillary because she is everything I hate about the world, she tries to tell me what to play and how to raise my children, and tries to take my money and spend it on things I don't agree with, and she has a bad haircut, and also she looks like a horse.

I'm honestly fairly convinced that a great deal of the really virulent hatred for Ms. Clinton is based almost entirely on the fact that she has a vagina. I remember very well the outrage from conservatives about the fact that President Clinton consulted his wife when making political decisions, as if she had the right to express an opinion or something! This is, I think, a large part of why she's viewed as some sort of arch-liberal, despite very manifestly being nothing of the sort, because to a certain brand of troglodytic conservative, being a woman and expecting to be taken seriously is a crazy liberal idea.

Now, there are plenty of good reasons to dislike or disagree with Ms. Clinton - I'm no big fan of her myself, and I hope she doesn't get the Democratic nomination. But there's a big difference between "I disagree with Hillary Clinton's politics" and "Hillary Clinton is an evil uber-bitch who should rot in hell I hate her I hate her I hate her!"

Be afraid. Another Bush is waiting in the wings. Jeb Bush of Florida wants it.

Problem is many conservatives like him. My uncle just loves him! *sighs*

no, not really.

but it IS the reason i dont support her.

i did notice that she has started that "youll get 2 for 1" thing that her husband did when he was running for pres. i think of it as the "ill be just like bill but without the blowjobs" platform.

While I don't consider myself Conservative, I find I hold a more Conservative lean on life. That said I also lived in Flordia during most of Jeb Bush's reign. I was to young in the beginning to really care but at the end I didn't really care for him.

And I don't care for Clinton because the same reasons, plus many more, stated by Snafturi. She'd fit in well in the great state of the People's Soviet Republic of Commifornia.

I do not like George Bush because he has a penis. Alledgedly.

It's fucking stupid to think that we can't merely dislike her for her politics. I dislike Lieberman as much as I dislike her. (Think about it...they're practically identical, politics-wise.)

I personally dislike her for her advocacy of what I perceive to be highly interventionist, father-knows-best politics. She has also consistently expressed her support for all manner of subsidies that have no basis in a post-mercantilist macroeconomic theory. She is either hugely ignorant of the implications of her economic policy or (more likely) willing to pander to lobbyists and lowest common denominator voters who are too selfish or ignorant respectively to know any better.
