Christ, that's totally fucking insane. That guy does not deserve to be a Judge if he does something as totally asinine as this.

"... missing pants lead to big suit" - am I the only one who laughed at that...

But yeah, the guy should be disbarred.

April 26th to be exact. Also there is an update on the story.
The judge is up for review before the judicial tenure commission. Hopefully he won't be a judge much longer.

Oh please, how pathetic can you probably get? I hope he gets debarred.
If someone's take of the justice system is such that it allows this farce then he has no business being judge.

As a result of such behaviour I also think that every case he's ruled on should be appealed on the grounds of behaviour and temperament ill befitting a judge. Then if any cases are overturned then the plantiff/defendent of that case should sue him for misconduct. Or something along those lines.

Wow, those folks lost are now certainly going to go threw Financial hell... I really hate that... Just doing your job, you make a mistake, ruined for the rest of your life over something that such a person should be able to pay.

(1) It's $67 million, actually.
(2) There SHOULD be a large penalty for a frivolous lawsuit, but there shouldn't be a disbarring unless the judge is dumb enough to declare a $67 million judgment.

He shouldn't be. 67 million is not "justice" it's "trying to destroy people". AND, in his divorce proceedings, he pulled the same shit, driving up court costs.

This fucker shouldn't be able to sell newspapers by the time they're done with him.

He should be paying the cleaners - for the cost of cleaning his pants and for the aggravation of having to deal with him.

He should pay the courts for time wasted - $65,000,000 should just about do it.

What a loser!

That guy's a total douchebag. I really hope that they make him pay the legal costs the cleaners have had to put up and that he loses his job and all that.
