How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

Just curious, I got about an hour and a half. Now I remember why I like my 8 hours. 1.5 is a bad number. Burn in hell 1.5! :p

I think I got about five hours. It's enough, but I like to get more when I can. One and a half hours of sleep sucks, but it's marginally better than no sleep at all.

I still haven't gone to bed yet. I'll probably crash in 30-40 minutes. I work the night shift at UPS. :(

3 hours last night, 3 the night before, three the night before that. I only sleep three hours a day during the week, and 12 during the weekend (friday's night and satuday's night). Yes, my eyes have purples circles around them, but I use makeup.

I got about 7 which is usual for while I'm at uni. I haven't been getting as much as I usually do lately though. That was the first time since Thursday that I got to bed before 4 in the morning and the night before I just didn't get any sleep at all. I usually get about 10 or 12 in the holidays so I do catch up.
When there are girls who don't get enough sleep and put on loads of make up to cover it up (which is ugly in itself) and then the few times you seem them without it looks horrible .

See I disagree, I'd rather have no sleep than an hour or two. An hour just makes me more tired.

I used to work that way, but after getting no sleep at all and being unable to rest properly the next day, I adjusted my biological clock to sleep three hours during the week. It has worked so far.

4 hours of highly interrupted sleep.....I was woken up at least every 10-15 minutes, I am sure that I must know some sort of secret and am being tortured until I remember.........either that or I have children........can't remember which, too sleepy.

Not me. I've actually stayed up all night, caught a 20 minute nap, then felt much better after waking up. The effect doesn't last long, but it does make you more functional for a little while.

Five and a half. It is nearly 1 in the morning now, and I have caught five hours sleep in blocks since 6pm, so now I can't sleep and will probably stay up until breakfast and fall asleep and get no work done all day. :(

I usually like 8+ though.

Insomnia
http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/faithless/insomnia.html
I only smoke weed when I need to,
And I need to get some rest, yo, where's the cess.
I confess, I burnt a hole in the mattress,
Yes, yes, it was me, I plead guilty,
And on the count of three I pull back the duvet,
Make my way to the refrigerator,
One dry potato inside, no lie
Not even bread, jam,
When the light above my head went bam!
I can't sleep, something's all over me,
Greasy, insomnia please release me,
And let me dream about making mad love on the heath,
Tearing off tights with my teeth.
But there's no relief,
I'm wide awake in my kitchen,
It's black and I'm lonely,
Oh, if I could only get some sleep,
Creaky noises make my skin creep,
I need to get some sleep,
I can't get no sleep....

I got about five hours of sleep last night, about 20 minutes on the bus this morning... and I was barely awake for most of my Engineering Computing lecture.

I got 4 hours last night, I think. I say this based on the last text I sent someone and the fact I had to wake up at 9 as I drunkenly dropped my pint of juice all over myself in bed. Alcohol is a bad thing, kids, remember that.

Ditto.

Last "night" I went to bed at around 8am and woke up around 3ish. 7 hours, then. It can vary from 12 hours to going two or three days without sleep. :/

I slept for about 9 hours last night. That was the most I've slept in months. But because of that, I missed my speech rehearsal for my public speaking class.

Sleep? I forgot what sleep was during exams. It was something that happened despite the amount of caffeine I imbibed. I haven't quite gotten out of that state of insanity yet, and I am best by bizarre dreams and apparently I've started talking in my sleep. I hope I don't say anything incriminating.

How do you get eight or nine hours from 10:30 - 5:30 or 11:00 - 5:30?

By accidently counting 10:30, adding in an extra hour. Sorry, between 7 or 8. I'm still tired.

I had about 5 to 6 hours, depending on whether or not you count an hour of hitting the snooze button as 'sleep'. I prefer 7 to 8 hours, but usually stay up late, and try to make it up on the weekends.

probably 6 hours total.

I woke up in the middle of a thunderstorm at 12:30 AM, then went to the family room to watch TV. It wasn't a bad storm but even a very distant roll of thunder is enough to wake me up, so I couldn't fall asleep again until around 2. Then an hour later another storm came up and I didn't get back to sleep until 5 AM.
