The quote sounds accurate to me, but it ain't answering the question I asked.

if i'd bothered to check i'd have noticed that it was in fact labelled as reminiscent of spinal tap and not actually associated with it at all.

What reference are you using?

I don't know, I don't see a definite "4" there at all, and I'll assume that in the bottom left on the right hand knob is a "2".

From the very start you reminded me of "two coins add up to 30c and one of them isn't a nickel"
