I'm not inherently unlikable, but I happen to be somewhat creepy. Also, I have no compunction not to piss people off. Also, I tend not to think carefully over what I say. I also tend to go off on tangents because my brain is incapable of focusing for extended periods of time.

I'm not interested in numbers of friends, I'm interested in quality of life. Friendship is a big part of quality of life, and I'm happy to contribute a little bit to somebody's quality of life if they will allow me to do so.

I suppose you could look at it that way. I think of it more like, "Ooh, cute wittle kitty. Can't harm a fly."

Though to be fair, in Pancake's case it's more of:

I tend to yell (at people sometimes) a lot for one thing. Which is probably why more people here seem to like me than in real life. You don't get as much of the yelling, arrogance and general disliking of strangers/people I don't know well, a little less of the randomness, while retaining almost all of the flippancy :D
