I like the wheelbarrow idea. It seems like a convenient way of carrying around obese individuals.
I like it so much I'm going to use it as an example business plan for a class I'm taking. What's a good name? Fatbarrows?

It's sort of been done before. In 2000AD the fatties had belly-wheels. To wit:
