Wouldn't a cold-blooded animal die faster under excessively hot or cold conditions, seeing as they can't regulate body temperature as efficiently as the warm-blooded?

Still pretty funny though. :p

In Ireland, knackers can refer to members of the travelling community(wewt PCness) or a "white trash"-esque scumbag.

I like bollocks. Tis a good word.

As long as they didn't freeze, they would just go into hybernation. As I recall there are places where you can store reptilian pets long-term by keeping them almost under ice.

Edit: I meant ON ice.

Well, our muscles work just as most thermo engines out there: very badly.

Most of the energy from glicosis is lost, about 70%, in heat, and we only use 30% in our movements.

That is why the guy survived. The extra energy kept his body hot and he avoided hypothermia.

The real problem in this kind of situation is that the person feels so badly she just stops, and end up dying. If you keep on moving, you usually survive.

Q:How many lawyers does it take to roof your house?

A:It depends how thin you slice them! :D
