No, but I had an interesting debate on another forum. It consisted of the typical morons who insisted cannabis had negative health effects but could not cite any sources (you think it would be easy if it was a fact).

Anyway I don't smoke weed not because its illegal, but because I am not 18. Also, I don't feel like finding a drug dealer to get some.

Yes, I celebrated today. I had quite an enjoyable time, and saw some people I hadn't seen in a long time.

People don't need a special day to drink, either, but there are several anyway.

It's not a special day to get high, any day with time to kill, weed to burn and a lighter is a special day to get high, 4/20 is a day to celebrate it. If you're a killjoy about connecting with your fellow heads you might be too uptight to be a smoker.

I guess I should be relieved that you didn't say it was to celebrate Columbine. But since there are people who really do believe that 4/20 is about Hitler this comment is still just sad.

EDIT: And of course the only day I couldn't smoke all week was fucking 4/20. And for salt on that wound the job happened to be right next to a 4/20 party...pity me.

I and every stoner I know (and most the people I know are stoners) have both jobs and money, how do you think we afford the herb? Not everyone can be a supplier. (my stupid job prevented me from celebrating for the second year in a row...grrr.) And then there is the jobless slacker Carl Sagan...

Its funny how serious people get about not trying weed. Its been built up in their minds too much and they don't realize how harmless it really is.

I didn't even realise it was the 20th. Possibly because our date system is in the right order.
