Which reminds me...I need to get that shit tested.

I just drink tap water, generally, unless I do get incredibly thirsty while i'm out.

Taps, exclusively.

Bottled water is a scam.

how very hydro-geek of you.

Edit: hrm. Adds bubbles, puts a zest in your drink, AND turns back time!

I can't stand carbonated water...it reminds me of not wanting to drink tap water in certain villages in Latin America, and having only carbonated water as an alternative. You can't drink that crap fast enough to quench your thirst...so I'd add a big of sugar (or salt) to try to get it to go flat faster. Ugh.

I get mine from tap, er.. I mean.. Dasani. (It's the only brand my school sells..)

But I really do like their grape and raspberry flavours.

Tap water, filtered so it doesn't taste like bleach.

You're nutty. It's like pretend soda. Or something clowns use as a punchline to physical gags...

I filter my tap water. But then I filmed a professional development class on water purification and found out that my filter was useless after 20 uses and that if I wanted to be effective I'd have to get one of those under the sink deallies.

Bottled water at work because that's whats available and someone else pays for it.

I absorb moisture from mud. :)

But in the winter months, I subsist on filtered tap water. *nod*

I'm not particularly paranoid about where I get my water from, although I have a tendency to drink bottled water out of habit.

(As for carbonated water, I find the 'baking soda' taste just leaves me thirstier.)

We get those 18L bottles of water and have a proper dispenser. The tap 'water' has a lower water content than piss and tastes worse. If it were feasible, I'd setup my shower to use bottled water too.

how very hydro-geek of you.

Edit: hrm. Adds bubbles, puts a zest in your drink, AND turns back time! They're very popular here. Most people here have always drunk carbonated mineral water which usually comes in glass bottles. Since we have really strict guidelines for tap water purity some smart guy invented these carbonator thingies a few years ago and people use them a lot because it's cheaper, you don't have to lug the heavy bottles around, and in some cases tap water is actually more hygienic than mineral water.

You're nutty. It's like pretend soda. How exactly do you think the soda water companies carbonate their water?

Ugh, I'm the exact opposite. Plain water doesn't quench my thirst at all, it's just flat and stupid and blech. I have to drink a LOT more to even have the feeling I've been drinking anything (and I already drink a lot to begin with) and that's really hard to do because it tastes so stale and... ugh.

I know exactly how they do it, I've had shitty jobs, I've changed my share of tanks. But yours misses the vital step of adding a flavor.

Which makes you a super freak.

I disagree, it keeps my bits from flopping around. If I tried to accomplish the same thing by wearing tight pants, my sexuality would be constantly questioned.

I get mine from the tap which is the same as if you buy bottled water. Thats just tap water with a fancy label.

There was a test done a program once and people coulndnt tell the difference between water purified from a mans urine and bottled water.

I use tap water, I think the brand name is Dasani. And if I remember correctly it's fortified with bromates as well. :) And don't come back you filthy-coca-cola-capitalist-pig-scum

Seriously, just tap water. It tastes quite nice in the West Midlands too. Ocaassionally I'll buy a bottle of water as the plastic bottles, believe it or not, make ideal containers for me to lug around my tap water.

The only time I've ever brought large amounts of bottled water consistently was when I was in a country where you could get giardia or amoebic dysentery if you drank unboiled tap water. And then we were advised to buy carbonated bottled water so we could tell if the bottle had been tampered with or not when we first opened the bottle.

Oh... and I can only shake my head at Posi.
