Techno music

I'm in the mood for techno right now. Does anyone have any recommendations?

(My limited exposure to the genre means that I have only the mainstream singles--Sandstorm, Around the World, DJ Sammy, etc--pretty basic stuff.)

I guess what I'm looking for is if, say, I were to compile music for a rave, what should I put on it?

And am I the only person who's wondering if this is a somewhat indirect way of asking for music to actually use in a rave?

I see it as an opportunity to impress my taste upon others.

Haha, well I guess there's no real way of telling, but for what it's worth I don't have any such intention. I'm just listening to iTunes right now and realized that I don't have a lot of techno.

It's the only techo I can stand because the whole thing is adapted from orchestral music.

For some relative soft (ie. more technoy than trancey) stuff, the kind I used to listen a lot to before largely moving on to goa and psychedelic trance, there is a lot by Gary D.

Imagine that live with everything redlined and the speakers crapping out at 120dB. Nice.
