It was funny at the time, but its rather old now. As is WoW in general now.

Not much to understand. Several warriors are discussing how they will systematically disperse that huge mob of whelps while the damage-per-second people whittle down their numbers, and then Leeroy charges in and draws the whole damn whelp horde down on the heads of the next people who go in.

It is pretty funny though, if for no other reason than it exemplifies noob asshattery like no other video I've ever seen.
