Who is Mike Jones?

That's what it says on the side of a locker at work. It's been there for at least 4 or 5 years... I didn't think anything of it at first, then I heard a character on TV (I can't recall if it was a movie or a television show) utter that same line. As I recall the character was knocked out and spoke that line in a semi-concious state as his friends tended to him. I got the feeling that it wasn't an original line but the writers were referencing something else. Now every time I see that graffiti in the locker room it bugs me. Instead of a meaningless scrawl, I can't help but think it's some obscure (at least to me) pop culture reference. So I'm calling on the collective wisdom and knowledge of the NSG to answer for me once and for all what is the origin of that line.

According to the great and mighty Wikipedia. "Who Is Mike Jones?" is an album from a rapper coincidentally named Mike Jones.

Isnt he some gutter trash drug dealer who smoked too much crack and got brain damage / autism, and now makes rap songs?
I'm pretty open minded about music and let my friends play their own tunes when they come over to my house. I've endured some pretty terrible excuses for music in my day.
Mike Jones remains the only artist to be completely forbidden from my home. Repetetive, soulless bullshit.
