Does anyone else watch this?

It is sad that the glass house had to go but at least the abc kept this.
Good show. I don't watch TV anymore, but I liked it when I did.

You can download the episodes from the website, though I have to say it is murder on a dial-up connection (episode 2 of season 2 was 96mb).

Hell yeah I watch it. It's a pity that my two favourite parts of episode one of this season were missing from the downloadable version though.

I wouldn't be surprised. Most Australian content does not get put across overseas and almost no national television network stuff.

I was wondering why the download was smaller...
What parts were they?

Everyone needs a bit of crazieness. I could only rarely watch that though but some things stick in your mind... like fungries, lol.

Ooh, I forgot about those. That song was pretty good, much better than the original.

Well they had their 'bias police' in the ep :D to make sure they weren't axed.
Too bad g'ments are working towards the politisation of media.

The West Coke Eagles bit was wonderful. Just made me laugh a lot... seeing the expressions on the players' faces just made it better.

The Chaser people rock!
As for Australian things overseas. AFAIK only Home & Away and Neighbours *shudders* get shown oversees (primarily England)

We are great at importing but not at exporting our media.
Odd thing is the only reason why neighbours has continued on for so long is because the english bought it. It seems like the southern parts of britain have a weird fascination with soaps.

lol. During the last xmas holidays a few months ago I was listening to Chris and Craig's triple J show. They were telling listeners to get onto the Wikipedia article of Peter Overtun and vandalise it. So I jumped on and started reverting the edits and left a note on the discussion page saying that Chris and Craig are lame for doing that and haven't been funny since CNNNN. I was being semi-serious. Then the next week they were talking to some guy about it and that guy mentioned my wikipedia name and read my comment out. :) They agreed.
But yes, it is a pretty funny show. Some of the sketches are getting stupid though with no relevance to anything like that tattoo officer one. Still better than most other Aussie comedy on right now.

Ah, the "Citizens Infringement Officer". It's a running sketch that the guy tickets different things from mobile ringtones to Number plates... etc...

It's why we're Australian.... to be able to listen/watch crackpots make fun of our laws and government and get thrown off air (it'll happen, look at the glass house) even in spite of how popular it is. Goota love the government.....
(and their Dr Who song was awesome...*goes off to listen to it*)

Yeah, I know. But it still seemed pretty stupid. Most of Julian's (is that the guy) sketches aren't funny.

Usually it would be better to have the government/state being made fun of than acepting anything it says.

I like the Number plates one... especially when he ticketed those people for driving a Volvo :D
