Which living world ex-leader do you dislike the most?

For me, it's Mengistu Haile Mariam, hands down. Genocidal monster (over 1,000,000 deaths to his credit), totalitarian scumfuck, imperialist bastard (*cough* Eritrea *cough*), and all-around douchebag (once, when insurgents threatened to kidnap his family, he said, "Go ahead, boil them in oil for all I care.").

According to wikipeida, Christopher Price died of an ear infection, how is that going to scare anyone? That's got to be one of the lamest ways to go, right up there with seasonal allergies.
