Hmmm...I know I've mentioned the answer to 11 and 12 before. Kanabia said he remembers me giving the answer for 6. 10 can be narrowed down to a choice of 2 answers, as I've said on more than one occasion I don't have a lucky number. I don't remember mentioning the chess thing, though it's possible I have. I think it's extremely cool, but then I'm a bit of a chess geek.

One month since being posted to is generally considered dead.

What is bad about it is that a great big long thread like this one gets to the top of the heap for a moment, so people post to it, but then other people come along and just read the OP and respond to that ... even though the OP has long since forgotten it, or may have ceased to even come by NSG.

This creates nothing but confusion.

It would not be necessary to tell you any of this if you had read the stickies.
The stickies are the things at the top of page 1 (and every other page) of the NSG thread index.
Please at least try to read them.
