I just found out (ten minutes ago) that I can go back to school!
I've been thinking about taking legal studies classes at the community college here, as I really have no formal training for my job as a paralegal, I've been learning as I go along. My boss thought it was a good idea, and he's even offered to front the tuition, as he says it's an asset to the firm. I'm so excited!
So this summer I'll be taking evening and web-based classes. :D
Has anyone else decided to go back to school after any lapses? Was it worth it?

I haven't gone back, though I've often said I should.
Good luck, Morgana! Do try to visit us from time to time, if you can keep your eyes open long enough.

Good show!! Best wishes to you- its very likely your experience in the office has taught you as much or more about procedures,etc...as the class will.
Now you'll have a certificate and title. And be able to ask for a little pay raise as your time will be billable.
Nice to have you're boss' praise and generosity,huh?
