Gee, I guess the people who thought this nuclear brinkmanship was all Ahmadinejad's idea are now having to keep quiet about their idea that somehow, the mullahs disapproved of it...

They won't do a thing, mainly because Iran is not NK, they can just use their oil reserves. Thing is, once Iran has even one nuclear warhead, they are untouchable, no one would dare even attack them, I believe I was discussing this with TSI yesterday. The US doesn't care about world peace, the only reason it doesn't want Iran to have nukes is because it can't attack them if it gets them. UNSC is a joke, mainly because the US veto just assured that only thing in their interest get approval. If I were Iran, I would push forward with nuclear enrichment with all given resources.

If that was true about the UNSC, then why didn't they approve of the invasion of Iraq?

I guess you'll have to come up with another explanation. One which might, say, include why Russia is now fucking Iran over a reactor.
