as long as the bar isn't lowered on tests, it's OK with me. Everyone must have the same minimum standard.

Outstanding. I don't see her any differently than the females I worked with when I was a police officer and then a firefighter. It makes no difference what the gender is, as long as they can pass the test and get the job done.
