No to argue, but I wish to say that I think as soon as the baby is able to move its limbs it is therefore shows that its brain is functional and therefore if it is aborted after that point it should be counted as manslaughter.

People who are braindead can sometimes, and in fact often do, have involutary muscle movements. This proves nothing about brain function.

that a fetus can move its limbs doesnt make it a person.

I always thought is was when it can survive outside the womb w/o mechanical assistance.

Do aborted fetuses get used to make scrambled eggs in Hell? I bet they do.

So really, Planned Parenthood is Satan's IHOP.

She had named her nation after her dog and when it got deleted she came back and had a bout a 200 page arguement in moderation with thoes of us who were trying to be nice with her.

It was very sad actually it was someone desperate in life not just some teenager with angst issues

That really sucks.

Why did she get deleted in the first place, though?

People who are braindead can sometimes, and in fact often do, have involutary muscle movements. This proves nothing about brain function. Also, a person has to have a working nerve system to be able to move their limbs, which shows the brain has developed to the point where they can also feel pain, which therefore can be assumed since they react to outside stimulus, what I was refering to, makes them able of basic thought on a lesser level which therefore be suppoused that if you abort them at this stage, it can be well arugued that since it is capable of basic thought it is an individual and killing it would be cruel and a crime against a being which may well be made to consitute a crime against a human. As well, to note when something achieves thought it is a being in itself.

No, they haven't been baptized, and have original sin.

There's nothing in the Bible that says anything about baptism being a prerequisite for getting into heaven.

What about kids who murder other kids?

What about kids who murder other kids?

I think that depends on how young. If they are too young to comprehend their actions then I don't think they are punished for it.

They are not capable of basic thought. The part of the brain that thinks is not operating at that time and this has been scientifically studied with a fair amount of thoroughness. The movement is reflexive and controlled by the BRAIN STEM, not the forebrain which is what we measure to determine braindeath medically. A fetus does not think in order to move any more than you think to make your heart beat.

Hard to go to a place that doesn't exist, isn't it?

If a heaven and hell did exist though, any deity stupid enough to throw someone who couldn't possibly have actually done anything or thought anything that was wrong (hard to think without a brain afterall) to a place of eternal torment does not deserve to be worshipped.

That being said, doesn't the catholic church now say that everyone who wasn't baptized goes to hell since they did away with limbo? Aborted embryos aren't exactly baptized, are they?
