It truly depends where this person is from, also a picture of yourself with contraband does not mean he has it on his person, meaning if they searched him and he didn't have any, then he wouldn't get in any trouble..the fact he had the plants in his closet really didnt help him. That being said in most civilised nations Marijuana has been de-criminalised. Mainly because no one can prove any harmful side effects after fourty years worth of studies, and there are alot worse drugs out there..like the ones sold over the counter in stores. Marijuana, pfft try Tylenol cold and flu nighttime, or Nyquil. Now that will mess you up.
This being said stupidity is common to humanity. It grows stronger with the collective might of even more stupidity, crowds can turn even the smartest man in to a neanderthal. The Internets is the largest crowd known.
